摘要
分析广西灌阳县黄关镇山苍子(Litsea cubeba)鲜果出油率及其精油中的柠檬醛含量,筛选出鲜果出油率高、精油中柠檬醛含量高的优良单株。共筛选出2个优良单株,其出油率分别为5.17%和4.75%,精油中的柠檬醛含量分别为74.24%和73.99%,可作为当地山苍子产业发展的优良种源。
Plants with high oil yield and citral content were screened out by comparing and analyzing oil yield of fresh fruit and citral content in essential oil of Litsea cubeba.Two excellent individual plants were screened out with oil yield of 5.17%,4.75%and citral content of 74.24%,73.99%,respectively,which would be provided as excellent provenances for development of local industry of L.cubeba.
