云南青核桃脱皮机设计原理及工序

摘要 自2008年开始,云南核桃栽培面积不断扩大。随着越来越多的核桃树进入初果期,核桃产量逐年增长。核桃采收后及时脱青皮对核桃品质及品相有影响,因此脱皮机的研发及推广应用在生产中非常重要。该文介绍一种云南青核桃脱皮机设计原理及工序,该机器是一种通过高仿人工螺旋切割运动来实现青核桃脱皮的新型单体脱皮机。该脱皮机具有结构紧凑、操作方便、脱壳率高、破损率低等特点,有良好的开发和应用前景。 Since 2008,cultivation areas of walnuts in Yunnan have been expanded.With more and more walnut trees entering early fruiting stage,yields of walnut are increasing year by year.Timely peeling of walnut after harvest has impact on quality and appearance of walnut,so development and application of peeling machine are very important in production.Design principle and working procedure of a Yunnan green walnut peeling ma⁃chine were introduced.Machine was a new type of monomer peeling machine which could achieve green walnut peeling by high-imitation artificial spiral cutting motion.Machine had advantages of compact structure,conve⁃nient operation,high shelling rate and low damage rate,which had a good development and application pros⁃pect.
