摘要
近年来,碳量子点作为一种新型的纳米材料,具有低细胞毒性、强荧光性、良好的生物相容性以及制备方法简单等特点,在生物传感、药物传递、细胞成像以及分析检测等领域具有潜在的应用价值,而受到人们的广泛关注。在此综述了碳量子点的制备方法、性质以及应用等,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
As a new nanomaterial,carbon quantum dots(CQDs)have raised much attentions due to its unique characteristics such as low cytotoxicity,excellent fluorescence property,good biocompatibility and simple preparation method.In recent years,CQDs have exhibited potential applications in the fields of biosensors,cell imaging and analytical detection.et al.The current research of CQDs including its preparation,properties and applications were summarized,and proposed the potential prospect of the CQDs.
