油酸酰胺对SBR/BR汽车橡胶衬套性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将油酸酰胺以不同份数分别加入到丁苯橡胶/顺丁橡胶(SBR/BR)共混胶中,并通过硫化特性、力学性能和摩擦系数等测试方法来表征胶料的性能。结果表明,随着油酸酰胺份数的增加,硫化胶的摩擦系数明显降低,断裂伸长率和屈挠性能明显提高。当硫化胶中油酸酰胺用量为10份时,与未添加油酸酰胺组相比,拉伸强度降低19.84%,断裂伸长率增大36.14%,硬度减小9.21%,静摩擦系数减小45.51%,动摩擦系数减小37.54%。通过橡胶加工性能分析和扫描电镜(SEM)等测试方法对胶料进行研究,发现油酸酰胺可使填料分散得更均匀。 In the experiment,oleamide was added to styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)/cis-butadiene rubber(BR)in different parts,and the properties of the rubber compound were characterized by vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and friction coefficient.The results showed that with the increase of the number of oleamide,the friction coefficient of vulcanizate was significantly reduced,and the elongation at break and flexural strength of vulcanizate were significantly improved.When the amount of oleamide in vulcanizate was 10 parts,compared to the group without oleamide,the tensile strength decreased by 19.84%,the elongation at break increased by 36.14%,the hardness decreased by 9.21%,the static friction coefficient decreased by 45.51%,and the dynamic friction coefficient decreased by 37.54%.The rubber compound was studied by rubber processing performance,differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy.It was found that oleamide can make the vulcanized rubber spray more easily under the action of external force,and the friction coefficient became smaller.
