摘要
在借鉴"服务三角"理论模型的基础上,分析政府、高职院校、高职教师三方面关系中出现的战略政策使用不当,效率和公平难以兼顾,产教融合机制不完善,高职院校人才内部治理体系、课程设置不合理以及高职教师质量难以提升等问题,采用目标精准定位,确定有效的治理机制、协同并形成区域联动的优质人才培养手段、完善"双师型"教师资格证认定和构建稳定的三角关系等优化策略,从而促进高职院校高质量发展。
Based on the theoretical model of"service triangle",we analyze the problems in the relationship between the government,vocational colleges and vocational teachers,such as improper use of strategic policies,difficulty in balancing efficiency and fairness,imperfect production-education integration mechanism,internal governance system for talents in higher vocational colleges,unreasonable curriculum settings,and difficulty in improving the quality of higher vocational teachers.And we can determine the use of target and precise positioning,determine effective governance mechanisms,coordinate to form high-quality talent training methods for regional linkage,improve the certification of"dual-qualified"teacher qualifications,and build a stable triangular relationship.Finally,the high-quality development of vocational schools and students ispromoted.
