2018年10月5日,美国发布了《先进制造业美国领导力战略》报告,其中在教育领域提出发展未来制造业劳动力、扩大职业教育途径、促进学徒制发展、将技术工人和行业相匹配等目标。这一文件对于我国职业教育培养高技能人才具有重要的参考意义。通过对这份文件的解读和分析,得出如下启示:我国的职业教育应当加强以STEM教育理念为导向,探寻职业教育课程改革思路;由政府多部门协调主导,从外部寻求拓展职业教育的途径;加快推进学徒制体系化,建立中国特色的职业教育国家资格框架。

On October 5,2018,the United States released Strategy for American Leadership in Advanced Manufacturing.In the field of education,it puts forward the goals of developing future manufacturing labor force,expanding vocational education channels,promoting apprenticeship development,and matching skilled workers with industries.This document is a significant reference for China to use vocational and technical education to train high-skilled talents.Through the interpretation and analysis of this document,the vocational education in China should be guided by STEM education concept in exploring the reform ideas of vocational education curriculum,coordinated and lead by government departments in seeking external support to expand vocational education channels as well as accelerating the systematization of apprenticeship and establish the national qualification framework of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
