摘要
在近代,手工业生产是社会生产的主要形式,其学徒制保障了维持生产的人才供给。学徒的出路直接影响到近代手工业学徒制吸引力和学习质量。文章对近代三种学徒制出徒后的社会流动进行研究,探索近代学徒制办学状况,反思学徒制的构建。
In modern times, handicraft production was the main form of social production, and its apprenticeship system ensured the supply of talents for maintaining production. The social mobility of apprentices has a direct impact on the attractiveness and learning quality of modern handicraft apprenticeship. This paper studies the social mobility of the three kinds of apprenticeships in modern times, explores the status of modern apprenticeships and reflects on the construction of apprenticeships.
