铁路系统高压DC-DC电源模块的小信号建模与环路设计

摘要 目前,中国经济飞速发展,高铁项目更是享誉全球,数字化设备在铁路系统中也有着极大的市场需求。作为其中的供电设备,高频开关电源在铁路系统中至关重要。相对于普通的家用开关电源,应用于铁路系统的开关电源对环境适应性、可靠性以及安全性要求更加严格。针对铁路系统需求设计了一种升压型DC-DC电源模块,并对此模块建立了小信号模型,通过小信号模型绘制了相应的频域特性曲线,然后利用bode图优化了控制器参数,最后使用Multisim仿真软件验证了所得参数的合理性,并参考仿真结果制作了样机,能够符合用户的性能要求。 At present,digital equipment also has great market demand in railway system.As the power supply equipment,high frequency switching power supply is very important in railway system.Compared with ordinary domestic switching power supply,the switching power supply used in railway system has more strict requirements for environmental adaptability,reliability and safety.This paper designs a boost DC-DC power supply module for railway system,and establishes a small signal model,draws the corresponding frequency domain characteristic curve through the small signal model.The controller parameters are optimized by bode diagram.Finally,the rationality of the obtained parameters is verified by Multisim simulation software,and the prototype is made according to the simulation results.
