摘要
冷冻水架构的中大型数据中心建设过程中无法避免系统联调的问题,制冷系统建设完成后因为没有末端机和机房热负荷而无法调试,一旦有机房设备需要上电就必须启用水系统制冷,这是一个两难的问题。经过对原有制冷系统和群控逻辑进行适当改造,从而做到了无负荷下系统正常调试,并且也实现了从最初机房启用到中远期机房建成前的较长时间内使用冷冻水系统进行稳定的低负荷运行,为同类型的空调系统联调与运行提供了参考。
In the construction of medium and large data centers with chilled water architecture,it is impossible to avoid system joint debugging problem.After the completion of the construction of the refrigeration system,there is no terminal machine and the heat load of the computer room,so it is impossible to debug.Once the equipment in the room needs to be powered on,it is necessary to start the water system refrigeration,which is a dilemma.Through the proper transformation of the original refrigeration system and group control logic,the system can be debugged normally under no load,and the chilled water system can be used for a long time from the initial computer room opening to the midto-long term before the completion of the room,which provides a reference for the joint debugging and operation of the same type of air conditioning system.
