摘要 安全管理是电力生产企业管理的重要部分,随着工业互联网时代的到来,以本质安全为核心的智能管控系统正成为数字化电厂建设的重点。针对电厂本质安全生产管理的需求,应用物联网、大数据以及人工智能等工业互联网技术与电厂现场实际相结合,设计了一套包含安全预警和风险管理等功能的智慧化管理系统,希望通过定制化的智能识别和巡检机器人等为厂区安全管理提供有效的技术支撑和安全管控平台。 Safety management is an important part of the management of electric power production enterprises,with the advent of the industrial internet era,the establishment of an intelligent control system with intrinsic safety as the core is becoming an important part of the construction of digital power plants.In response to the need for intrinsically safe production management of power plants,based on the combination of industrial internet technology applications such as the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,and the actual on-site power plants,a set of intelligent management systems including safety warning,risk management and other functions have been designed to pass customized intelligent identification and inspection robots to provide effective technical support and a safety control platform for plant safety management.
