土地整治的区域协调发展效应及其作用机制研究

Research on the Regional Coordinated Development Effect of Land Renovation and Its Mechanism

基于2005—2018年中国31个省级行政区的面板数据,对土地整治的区域协调发展效应及作用机制进行了计量分析。研究发现:土地整治对区域协调发展有正向影响;土地整理、土地开发、土地复垦三种土地整治类型对区域协调发展的影响程度依次降低,且对东部、中部、西部三个区域的影响效应存在差异;土地整治影响区域协调发展的传导路径与土地整治自身的作用密切相关,但并非完全中介效应,还存在其他作用路径。相关研究结果对于在新时代背景下更好地开展区域协调发展工作具有重要的实践启示。

Based on the panel data of China s provincial administrative regions from 2005 to 2018,a quantitative analysis of the regional coordinated development effect of land consolidation and its mechanism is carried out.The study found that:land consolidation has a positive impact on the coordinated development of the region;the types of land consolidation have different impacts on the coordinated development of the region,and there are differences in the effects of the three regions in the east,central and west;land consolidation affects the transmission of regional coordinated development.The path is closely related to the role of land consolidation itself,but it is not a completely mediating effect,and there are other paths of action.Relevant research results have important practical enlightenment for better serving the coordinated development of the region under the background of the new era.
