摘要
目的使用ATP生物荧光法对口腔不同诊疗操作造成诊疗环境污染情况进行调查,通过量化指标评估口腔诊疗环境的安全性,探讨在医院感染管理方面的应用。方法选择2019年12月—2021年1月之间牙周炎Ⅱ度患者使用带有动力系统操作的超声洁牙30例(动力系统组)和无需使用动力系统的正畸患者的托槽粘贴30例(非动力系统组),分别对每组患者诊疗单位中6个点位治疗前、后诊疗环境进行采样,分析两组患者诊疗前、后诊疗环境的污染情况并进行对比。结果治疗前,两组患者诊疗环境布点上ATP测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后诊疗环境布点上ATP测量值有明显区别,使用动力系统的诊疗环境ATP测量值明显高于未使用动力系统的诊疗环境,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔不同诊疗操作造成诊疗环境污染情况,ATP生物荧光法具有提高口腔诊疗环境清洁消毒的质量及监督管理的指导性作用。有助于指导医务人员做好标准预防,同时为口腔诊疗环境清洁消毒操作标准的制定提供客观依据。
Objective To investigate the contamination of the treatment environment caused by different dental treatment operations using the ATP biofluorescence method,assess the dental treatment environment's safety through quantitative indicators,and explore hospital infection management application.Methods From December 2019 to January 2021,30 cases of periodontitis patients with gradeⅡperiodontitis were treated with ultrasonic scaling with power system(power system group)and 30 cases of orthodontic patients without power system(non power system group).The pre-treatment and post-treatment environment of 6 points in the diagnosis and treatment unit of each group were sampled,and the pre-treatment and post-treatment environment of the two groups were analyzed Environmental pollution and comparison.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ATP measurement between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was significant difference in ATP measurement between the two groups,and the ATP measurement in the diagnosis and treatment environment with power system was significantly higher than that in the diagnosis and treatment environment without power system(P<0.05).Conclusion The ATP biofluorescence method has a guiding role in improving the quality of dental treatment environment cleaning and disinfection as well as supervision and management,helping to guide medical personnel to do a good job of standard prevention,while providing an objective basis for the development of dental treatment environment cleaning and disinfection operation standards.
