老年T2DM维生素D水平变化及意义分析

Analysis of the Changes and Significance of Vitamin D Level in Elderly T2DM Patients

摘要 目的探讨老年T2DM维生素D水平变化及意义。方法选择本院2019年1—12月收治的96例老年T2DM患者,选择同期来本院体检的健康人群100例作为对照组,对比两组受试者的血糖及血脂指标水平,分析老年T2DM患者的维生素D水平与HOMAIR及HOMA-β相关性。结果观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及HOMAβ水平均明显高于对照组,维生素D、糖化血红蛋白、HOMA-IR水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白水平对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组受试者不同性别间以上指标对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性结果表明,老年T2DM患者的维生素D水平与HOMA-IR呈负相关水平(r=-0.798,P<0.05);维生素D与HOMA-β呈正相关水平(r=0.690,P<0.05)。结论老年T2DM患者维生素D水平缺乏,补充维生素D可能会成为治疗糖尿病的方法。
