健康教育护理干预对慢性胃炎患者依从性的影响

Effect of Health Education Nursing Intervention on Compliance of Patients With Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨慢性胃炎治疗期间实施健康教育护理干预的效果,并分析其对依从性的影响。方法选择2018年7月—2019年12月医院收治的慢性胃炎患者73例,按随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组35例,行常规护理,研究组38例,在对照组基础上加用健康教育护理干预,观察患者疾病心理状态情况,比较治疗效果和依从性。结果两组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分均明显降低,研究组下降更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗依从率、治疗有效率分别为97.37%、97.37%,均高于对照组的74.29%、77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性胃炎治疗期间实施健康教育护理干预的效果确切,可提高患者对疾病的认知,改善其负性情绪,提高治疗依从性,还可优化治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of health education nursing intervention during the treatment of chronic gastritis,and analyze its influence on compliance.Methods Seventy-three cases of chronic gastritis patients in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,35 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and 38 cases in the research group were treated with health education nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The patients’mental state of disease was observed,and the treatment effect and compliance were compared.Results The HAMA and HAMD scores in 2 groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease was more in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate and total effective rate in the study group were 97.37% and 97.37%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(74.29% and 77.14%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education nursing intervention during the treatment of chronic gastritis is definite,which can improve patients’cognition of the disease,improve their negative emotions,improve treatment compliance,and optimize the treatment effect.
