“一带一路”背景下中部地区地方高校特色智库建设研究——以郑州市为例

Research on the Characteristic Think Tanks Construction in Universities of Central China in the Background of The Belt and Road—Taking Zhengzhou as an Example

[目的/意义]大数据时代到来,智库建设呈现增长趋势,尤其是“一带一路”倡议提出后,高校智库充分发挥学术传播、文化传承、研究创新等职能与作用,其智力资本直接影响当地社会、经济发展,成为建设主体和重要智囊机构,研究价值和意义不言而喻。[方法/过程]运用CiteSpace梳理已有研究发现当前高校智库建设质量参差不齐,地方性、特色型智库建设寥寥无几。文章运用网络调研法对郑州市高校智库建设现状进行调研,构建出四元交互智库建设模型,以少林武术智库建设为例,从建设的意义与可行性、具体运行机制、评估考核制度等方面进行具体案例论述,形成系统化特色型智库建设方案。[结果/结论]为郑州市服务国家“一带一路”建设,促进地方社会经济高质量发展,“传播好中国声音,讲好中国故事”提供智力支撑。

[Purpose/significance]With the advent of big data,the think tank construction is presenting arising trend.In particular,with the initiative of the Belt and Road,the think tanks in universities have play full roles and functions of academic communication,cultural heritage,research and innovation.Its intellectual capital has a direct impact on local social and economic development.It has also become the main body and important institution of construction.And its value is pretty self-evident.[Method/process]The research which is carded by using CiteSpace has shown that the current think tanks in universities are uneven.What’s more,the local and characteristic think tanks are very sparse.By the network questionnaire,researching into the present conditions of the think tanks construction in local universities in Zhengzhou,this paper builds a quaternary interactive think tank construction model.This paper also takes the case of Shaolin Kungfu think tank construction,discusses the specific cases of the significance and feasibility of the construction,specific operation mechanism,evaluation and assessment system and other aspects,and finally forms systematic characteristic think tank construction scheme.[Result/conclusion]This scheme will provide intellectual support for the“The Belt and Road”construction,the local social and economic development,and the spread of the voice of China and the stories of China.
