促进西藏乡村振兴的金融支持研究

On Financial Support for the Promotion of the Rural Revitalization in Tibet

推动农牧区发展是西藏实施乡村振兴战略的核心要义,关系西藏经济社会发展大局。文章基于西藏农牧区金融供需关系的现状、问题和困境分析,从调整大型金融机构的定位、扶持发展小型金融机构、政策支持成立担保公司、发展特色农牧业保险等方面探讨了西藏农牧区金融的发展路径,构建具有西藏特点的农牧区金融体系,对于西藏实施乡村振兴战略、实现城乡融合发展,具有现实意义。

Promoting the development of agricultural and pastoral areas is the core of the strategy of rural revitalization in Tibet,and it is related to the overall situation of the economic and social development in Tibet.Based on the analysis of the financial supply and demand of the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet,the existing problems and difficulties,this article discusses the role of the large financial institutions,the support to the development of small financial institutions,the policy support to the founding of guarantee companies,the special insurances for agriculture and animal husbandry and so on.Additionally,it is proposed that the financial development of the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet and the construction of a financial system for the agricultural and pastoral areas with the Tibetan characteristics have practical significance for Tibet to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
