摘要
为使果蔬产品供应链向市场提供高品质产品并获得更多的收益,以果蔬产品新鲜度和供应链的收益为出发点,研究了果蔬产品供应商、分销商、零售商组成的三级供应链的集成优化问题。通过分析产品定价、新鲜度、产品销量、供货周期等相互关系及对供应链收益的影响,建立了以价格和时间为变量的三级供应链收益模型。然后,基于模型特点,通过算法编码和对标准粒子群算法进行改进,设计了具有智能优化功能的粒子群算法对模型求解。最后,以鲜桃的三级供应链为例,进行算例验证和对比。对比结果显示,与供应链单独决策相比,供应链的集成优化的产品供货周期减少2.07,单价降低0.49元,产品新鲜度增加0.11,顾客满意度增加0.13,供应链销售额提高17.1%,供应链收益增加15.23%。
In order to make the supply chain of fruit and vegetable products to provide high-quality products to the market and gain more profit,the integrated optimization problem was researched on three-level supply chain of fruit and vegetable products,starting from the freshness of fruit and vegetable product and the revenue of the supply chain.By analyzing the relationship of product pricing,freshness,product sales,supply cycle and the impact on the supply chain revenue,a three level supply chain revenue model was established with price and time as variables.Then,based on the characteristics of the model,a particle swarm algorithm with intelligent optimization function was designed to solve the model through algorithm coding and improvement of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,the three-level supply chain of fresh peach products is taken as an example for verification and comparison.The results show that,compared with the supply chain decision-making alone,the integrated optimization of the supply chain reduces the product supply cycle by 2.07 days and unit price by 0.49 yuan,and increases the product freshness by 0.11,customer satisfaction by 0.13,supply chain sales by 17.1%,and supply chain revenue by 15.23%.
