摘要
[目的/意义]目前学界对科学家学术谱系繁衍的研究仍处于探索阶段,仅有少量文献尝试从外部环境角度对其影响因素进行分析。本研究构建了科学家学术谱系繁衍的影响因素模型,有助于进一步丰富科学家学术谱系研究,同时为科学家学术谱系繁衍能力的培育与提升提供指导。[方法/过程]本研究以情报学家严怡民学术谱系为研究对象,运用扎根理论研究方法,对科学家学术谱系繁衍的影响因素进行分析,得到114项初始概念、36项范畴和5项主范畴。[结果/结论]科学家学术谱系繁衍的影响因素包括内部因素和外部因素两类,内部因素为导师方面的因素、学生方面的因素、谱系建设,外部因素为学术环境和科研机遇。
[Purpose/Significance]At present,the research on the reproduction of the academic pedigree of scientists is still in the exploratory stage,and only a small amount of literature attempts to analyze its influencing factors from the perspective of the external environment.This research has constructed a model of the factors affecting the reproduction of the academic genealogy of scientists.It will help to enrich the research of the academic genealogy of scientists,and also provide guidance for the cultivation and improvement of scientists'academic genealogy reproduction ability.[Method/Process]Firstly,we took the academic genealogy of Yan Yimin,an information scientist,as the research object.Then,the factors affecting the reproduction of the scientists'academic genealogy were preliminarily analyzed by grounded theory method,resulting in 114 initial concepts,36 categories,and 5 main categories.[Results/Conclusion]The influencing factors included internal factors and external factors.Mentor factors,student factors,and the construction of academic genealogy constituted the internal factors.Academic environment and scientific research opportunities consisted of external factors.
