摘要
对大型行星架设计了三种浇注方案,并用Procast进行仿真模拟,经过对比分析最终确定选用横浇道单侧布置,内浇道单侧切向布置的方案,钢液在型腔内的充型平稳,效果好。
Three casting schemes have been designed for large planetary frame and simulated with Procast.After comparative analysis,the schemes of unilateral horizontal runner arrangement and unilateral tangential inner runner arrangement have been finally determined.The filling of molten steel in the mold cavity is stable and the effect is good.
