摘要
利用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜动态原位地观察了GH4169合金在不同升温速率下laves相的初熔过程,研究了laves相的升温速率与初熔温度的关系,得出了一级均匀化过程中适宜的升温速率范围为5~10℃/min,为生产提供科学参考。
The initial melting process of laves phase of GH4169 alloy at different heating rates has been observed in situ by confocal laser scanning microscope.The relationship between the heating rate and the initial melting temperature of laves phase has been studied.The suitable range of heating rate in the first stage homogenization process is 5~10℃/min,which provides scientific reference for production.
