UV-LED可广泛用于光固化、杀菌、净化、检测、防伪等领域。随着新冠肺炎在全球的蔓延,紫外线消毒灯具成为市场上炙手可热的杀菌产品,加速了UV-LED灯具的应用。本文首先比较了传统UV汞灯和UV-LED灯具的优劣,然后针对UV-LED灯具应用存在的固有缺陷进行详细研究和改进设计,结合现有的智能控制技术,研发了一款UV-LED照明一体化灯具,旨在以产品创新促进市场应用,为UV-LED在健康照明行业的推广使用发挥催化作用。

With the spread of new coronary pneumonia around the world,ultraviolet disinfection lamps have become the hottest sterilization products on the market.This article first compares the advantages and disadvantages of traditional UV mercury lamps and UV-LED lamps,and conducts detailed research and improved design for the inherent defects in the application of UV-LED lamps.Combined with the existing intelligent control technology,an integrated UV-LED lighting lamp was developed to provide a reference for the promotion and use of UV-LED in the health lighting industry.
