2005-2018年云南省丙型病毒性肝炎病例重复报告情况分析

Analysis on repeated reports of hepatitis C cases in Yunnan province, 2005-2018

目的分析云南省2005-2018年传染病网络直报系统中丙型病毒性肝炎(简称丙肝)重复报告情况,并提出控制建议。方法进入"中国疾病预防控制信息系统",按现住址下载云南省2005-2018年报告的丙肝病例,用Excel 2016软件整理数据库后进行人工查重并计算重复报告率,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据分析。结果云南省2005-2018年丙肝重复报告率为12.86%(14 333/111 454),年度内重复报告率为4.22%(4 707/111 454),年度间重复报告率为9.02%(9 626/106 747),丙肝重复报告以跨年度重复报告为主,占所有重复报告病例的67.16%(9 626/14 333),重报病例中被重报次数最多的为8次,重报1次的较多,占80.20%(9 093/11 338)。结论云南省丙肝病例存在重复报告现象,重复报告对疫情质量有一定影响。建议加强丙肝报告管理规范,优化网络直报系统,加强重卡识别功能,提高病例可查重性。

Objective To analyze the repeated reports of hepatitis C cases in Yunnan from 2005 to 2018, in order to make suggestions for improving the control measures. Methods The cases of hepatitis C reported from 2005 to 2018 were downloaded from the National Disease Control Information System. Excel 2016 was used to sort out the repeated report cases in the databases, and SPSS 22.0 was used for the analysis. Results The overall repeated report rate of hepatitis C cases was 12.86%(14 333/111 454), with the annual repeated report rate of 4.22%(4 707/111 454), and the repeated report rate across 2005-2018 was 9.02%(4 707/111 454). The majority of the repeated reports were those across the years, accounting for 67.16%(9 626/14 333). Among the repeated report cases, the maximum number was 8 times, and the number of one time repeated was 80.20%(9 093/11 338). Conclusion Repeated reports of hepatitis C cases exist in Yunnan, which has a certain impact on the data quality of hepatitis C epidemic. It is recommended to strengthen the management of hepatitis C reporting, and optimize the network direct reporting system.
