摘要
通过按照相关标准设计并制作校准试块及认证试块,研发针对船体结构焊缝的检测工艺,实现对船体结构焊缝的检测。通过同RT对比结果表明,PAUT技术检测结果与传统RT检测结果相对应,无漏检情况发生,且检测精度较高。该成果可对今后船体结构焊缝的检测提供技术支持,降低辐射风险,提高作业效率。
In this paper,through the design and manufacture of calibration test block and certification test block according to relevant standards,the inspection process for hull structure weld is developed to realize the inspection of hull structure weld.Compared with RT,the results show that the detection results of PAUT technology are corresponding to the results of traditional RT,and there is no missed detection,and the detection accuracy is high.The results can provide technical support for future hull structure weld inspection,reduce radiation risk and improve operation efficiency.
