摘要
在深圳宝安国际机场卫星厅项目紧张的建设工期下,为解决高效建造、高效协同的施工管理难题,通过在组织与信息管理、工序穿插、BIM应用等方面建立全方位、全专业、全过程的管理思路和理念,成功在业态繁多、深化设计复杂多变的情况下,实现全面立体的多专业有序穿插施工,较同类项目缩短整体建造工期30%以上。
Under the extremely tight construction schedule of the satellite hall of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport,an all-round,professional and whole-process management idea and concept is established to solve the construction management problem of efficient construction and collaboration through organization and information management,process interweaving,BIM application,etc.And in such cases as multiple project types,complicated and varied deepening designs,a comprehensive,multiprofessional and orderly-interweaving construction is realized,with the overall construction cycle being shortened by more than 30%compared with other projects of the kind.
