大型体育馆幕墙系统安装技术

Installation Technology of Curtain Wall System of Large Statium

东安湖体育公园三馆项目采用多种幕墙系统,其中小球馆采用抗风柱+吊杆横明竖隐玻璃幕墙系统,其运输及安装为本工程重难点。现场将抗风柱、横梁放在支托架上,用小平板车运输;在顶结构上固定电动葫芦与定滑轮组进行吊装;安装完成后进行幕墙质量检测,最终保证幕墙系统安全可靠。

Dongan Lake Sports Park Third Hall project using a variety of curtain wall system,among them,the small-ball arena adopts the wind resistance column+boom-type horizontally-exposed and vertically-hidden glass curtain wall system,its transportation and installation are the major and difficult points.The wind resistance column and beam is placed on the support bracket,transported by small flatcar.The electric hoist and fixed pulley group are fixed on the top structure for hoisting.After installation,curtain wall quality inspection is carried out to ensure the safety and reliability.
