摘要
以江苏国联龙信建设科技有限公司办公楼为工程背景,将BIM技术贯穿于设计、生产、施工和质量管理等阶段,解决设计图纸错漏、技术交底效果差、施工质量管理信息化水平低等问题,提高建筑协同设计水平与装配施工质量,改善信息共享效率和技术交底水平,避免信息孤岛、返工误工现象,从而减少材料损耗、缩短工期、提升企业经济效益。
BIM technology was applied through all stages of design,production,construction and quality management,taking the office building of Jiangsu Guolian Longxin Construction Technology Co.,Ltd. as the engineering background. The application of the technology not only solved such problems as errors and omissions of design drawing,poor quality of technical disclosure,low informatization of construction quality management,but also improved architectural collaborative design,information sharing efficiency,technical disclosure and quality of prefabricated construction,avoiding the occurrence of "information isolated island " and rework and delay,reducing material loss,shortening construction period,and improving economic benefits of the enterprise.
