摘要 目的:基于P2P体系架构拟构建医疗设备档案管理系统,助力用户克服处理海量数据时出现的文件传输瓶颈问题,实现档案数据科学管理及高效分析。方法:采用云存储技术,结合P2P网络的技术架构,在此基础上设计自顶而下的双层结构体系。结合SpringCloud微服务管理框架构建医疗设备档案管理系统。将基于P2P体系架构的医疗设备档案管理系统划分为用户节点管理、文件级共享、域内数据检索及微服务协同等模块,实现结构控制、文件管理、数据检索与应用协同等功能。结果:基于P2P体系架构的医疗设备档案管理系统通过了系统功能及性能测试,系统能够提高文件传输速度,克服访问并发带来的数据瓶颈问题,并有助于降低节点间应用耦合,提高了系统内服务协同执行效率。结论:基于P2P体系架构的医疗设备档案管理系统的构建,为医疗设备档案科学管理提供平台支撑,提升了管理的科学性及高效性,可为其他相关应用系统的构建提供参考。 Objective:To construct archives management system of medical equipment based on P2 P system architecture would contribute to overcome the bottleneck problem of document transmission of users in processing mass data so as to realize the scientific management and effective analysis for archive data.Methods:The cloud storage technique was adopted to combine with P2 P network technique architecture,and then,a two-tier architecture system from top to bottom was design on this basis.And the management frame of Spring Cloud micro service was combined to construct the archive management system of medical equipment.This archive management system of medical equipment based on P2 P system structure was divided into series of modules included node management of user,sharing of file level,data search of intra-domain and the synergy with micro service for realizing structural control,file management,data search,application synergy and others.Results:This archive management system of medical equipment based on P2 P system architecture passed the tests of system function and performance,and this system could enhance the transmission speed of document,and overcome the bottleneck problem of data from the visit concurrence.It contributed to reduce the application coupling among nodes and increase the enforcement efficiency of service synergy in system.Conclusion:The construction of archives management system of medical equipment based on P2 P architecture can provide a platform support for the scientific management of the archives medical equipment,and improve the scientificity and efficiency of management.And it can provide a reference for the construction of other relative application systems.
