摘要
针对大学生就业中出现的"啃老族"、"校漂族"、隐性就业族、"飞特族"问题,解析了家庭、学校教育和社会三方面原因,提出高校教育缓解就业"新族群"问题的对策:全面推行课程思政,加强职业理想信念教育;大力弘扬工匠精神,厚植职业品质培育沃土;优化行企校合作平台,以实践促进职业精神内化。
Now there are three common problems in employment of college students,that is,"gnawing old people","on-campus drifting group",hidden employment Group and"freeter".This paper analyzes the reasons from three aspects:family,education and society,and puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the problem of"new ethnic group"in employment:promoting ideological and political education in all courses;strengthening the education of professional ideals and beliefs;vigorously carrying forward the craftsman’s spirit and cultivating fertile soil for professional quality;optimizing the cooperation platform of enterprises and schools and promoting the internalization of professional spirit by practice.
