泮托拉唑联合生长抑素治疗消化性溃疡伴上消化道出血患者的效果

Effect of pantoprazole combined with somatostatin in the treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨泮托拉唑联合生长抑素治疗消化性溃疡伴上消化道出血患者的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2020年1月收治的50例消化性溃疡伴上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照用药方式将其分为观察组(泮托拉唑联合生长抑素)和对照组(泮托拉唑),各25例。比较两组凝血功能指标、体征、临床指标及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,两组PT、APTT、TT、FIB水平、血红蛋白水平、胃液pH及血压均改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组止血所需时间、住院天数短于对照组,输血量少于对照组,再出血率低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑联合生长抑素能有效改善消化性溃疡伴上消化道出血患者的凝血功能,减少出血量和输血量,改善胃肠道低pH环境,止血率高,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of pantoprazole combined with somatostatin in the treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Fifty cases of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(pantoprazole combined with somatostatin)and control group(pantoprazole)according to the way of medication,with 25 cases in each group.The coagulation function indexes,physical signs,clinical indexes and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,PT,APTT,TT,FIB level,hemoglobin level,gastric juice pH and blood pressure of the two groups improved,and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time and hospitalization days of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the amount of blood transfusion was less than that of the control group,the rebleeding rate was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with somatostatin can effectively improve the coagulation function of peptic ulcer patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,reduce the amount of bleeding and blood transfusion,improve the low pH environment of gastrointestinal tract,with high hemostatic rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
