噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of tiotropium bromide powder spray in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探究噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床效果。方法将144例COPD患者采用奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,各72例。对照组给予布地奈德混悬液联合安慰剂(与噻托溴铵粉雾剂外观相同)治疗,观察组给予噻托溴铵粉雾剂联合安慰剂(与布地奈德混悬液外观相同)治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC、IC均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、淋巴细胞水平均低于对照组,巨噬细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1、3、6个月的QLQ-C30评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗COPD效果显著,可显著改善患者炎症反应、肺功能和生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tiotropium bromide powder spray in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 144 patients with COPD were divided into control group and observation group by parity method,with 72 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide suspension combined with placebo(the same appearance as tiotropium bromide powder spray),and the observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide powder spray combined with placebo(the same appearance as budesonide suspension).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC and IC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neutrophils,eosinophils and lymphocytes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of macrophages was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 scores of the observation group at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide powder spray has a significant effect in the treatment of COPD,it can significantly improve the inflammatory response,lung function and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
