细节护理对终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者并发症和生活质量的影响

Effects of detailed nursing on complications and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy

目的观察细节护理对终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者并发症和生活质量的影响。方法将在我院进行血液透析的140例终末期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(细节护理),各70例。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组透析后并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,KDTA、SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理对终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的护理效果显著,能有效降低患者透析后并发症发生率及空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平,缓解患者负性情绪,提高生活质量和对护理的满意度。

Objective To observe the effects of detailed nursing on the complications and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 140 end-stage diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(detailed nursing),with 70 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications after dialysis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the KDTA and SF-36 scores were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing has a significant nursing effect on hemodialysis patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after dialysis,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,alleviate patients'negative emotions,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
