基于马斯洛理论的护理干预结合舒适护理模式对麻醉恢复室患者心理状态及苏醒质量的影响

Effects of nursing intervention based on Maslow theory combined with comfortable nursing mode on psychological state and recovery quality of patients in anesthesia recovery room

目的探讨基于马斯洛理论的护理干预结合舒适护理模式对麻醉恢复室患者心理状态及苏醒质量的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月麻醉恢复室收治的86例全麻患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(43例,常规护理)和观察组(43例,基于马斯洛理论的护理+舒适护理)。比较两组的心理状态、苏醒质量及舒适度。结果干预后,观察组的SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。入室20、40 min,观察组的苏醒质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的Kolcaba舒适状况量表各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于马斯洛理论的护理干预结合舒适护理模式有助于改善麻醉恢复室患者的心理状态,并可提高患者的苏醒质量和舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on Maslow theory combined with comfortable nursing mode on psychological state and recovery quality of patients in anesthesia recovery room.Methods A total of 86 patients with general anesthesia admitted in the anesthesia recovery room from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(43 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(43 cases,nursing intervention based on Maslow theory+comfortable nursing).The psychological state,recovery quality and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After entering the room for 20 and 40 min,the recovery quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Kolcaba comfort scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on Maslow theory combined with comfortable nursing mode is helpful to improve the psychological state of patients in anesthesia recovery room,and it can improve the recovery quality and comfort of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
