摘要
差异化战略是股份制商业银行竞争优势培育的必由之路。目前,股份制银行差异化战略在实施中缺乏经验,远未达到预期目标。基于市级分行的样本数据,经验性的研究揭示了股份制银行差异化的微观机理,发现了差异化的优势和不足,提出了现实性的改进方向。研究表明,在市级分行的层面,股份制银行差异化推进的重点是产品差异化、服务差异化、形象差异化和监管差异化。
The differentiation strategy is the only way to cultivate joint-stock commercial banks competitive advantage.At present,the joint-stock banks lack of experience in the implementation of differentiation strategy,far from the expected object.Based on the sample data of municipal branch,empirical research reveals the microscopic mechanism of joint-stock banks differentiation,found significant advantages and insufficient,proposed the improvement direction of reality.The study shows that in the municipal branch level,joint-stock banks focus on promoting product differentiation,service differentiation,image differentiation and regulatory differences.
