摘要
郑万铁路奉节梅溪河双线特大桥主桥设计为1-340m劲性骨架钢筋混凝土上承式提篮拱桥,拱座采用水平桩+竖直桩分离式嵌固基础,X形钢管混凝土劲性骨架+外包混凝土拱圈结构,拱座交界墩为双柱式空心墩,拱上11根立柱及3联连续梁。设计150t缆索吊机吊装钢拱肋节段及辅助后续施工,采用斜拉扣挂法安装钢拱肋。本桥结构设计复杂,具有较多施工难点。
The main bridge of Fengjie Meixi River Double-track Super Large Bridge of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway is designed as a stiff skeleton reinforced concrete deck type basket handle arch bridge with a main span of 340m,the abutment adopts horizontal pile+vertical pile separation embedded foundation,X-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular stiff skeleton+externally wrapped concrete arch ring structure,abutment juncture pier is double column hollow pier,11 columns and triple continuous beams on the arch.The 150t cable crane is designed to lift the steel arch rib section and assist the subsequent construction,installation of steel arch rib by cable-stayed buckle method.The structure design of the bridge is complex,and which has many construction difficulties.
