Key Construction Technology of Steel Box Girder Erection Under Urban Complex Environment

钢箱梁进行拼装施工时,特别是在城市环境下,受现场场地限制较大。例如,钢梁下穿城市用电主干线路,吊装施工工艺受限;再如,钢梁跨越交通要道路口,施工受路面交通影响。针对两例此类受限工程案例进行研究,总结其中关键技术,包括上部空间受限的顶升架梁精确就位关键施工技术、钢梁跨越交通要道口的悬挑架梁拼装技术。

When steel box girder is assembled,especially in urban environment,it is greatly restricted by the site.For example,the steel girder underpasses the urban main power line,and the hoisting construction technology is limited;for example,the steel girder crosses the intersection of traffic arteries,and the construction is affected by the road traffic.In this paper,two cases of this kind of limited project are studied,and the key technologies are summarized,including the key construction technology of the precise positioning of the jacking frame beam with limited upper space,and the cantilever frame beam assembly technology of the steel girder crossing the traffic crossing.
