摘要
结合华电灵武电厂向银川智能化集中供热一期项目下穿黄河段盾构法隧道工程,从盾构机选型及优化、试掘进参数设置、施工参数统计与分析等方面介绍了"初心"号泥水平衡盾构长距离连续穿越饱和富水砂性地层施工技术的有效性。结果表明:盾构机选型及优化在保证了饱和富水砂性地层中连续掘进对刀盘、刀具的耐磨性要求同时兼顾掘进效率;盾构施工主要控制参数设置能控制地表沉降,克服了盾构机在饱和富水砂性地层中长距离连续施工风险。
Based on the project of the shield tunnel passing through Yellow River in the tunnel project of Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Power Plant to Yinchuan Intelligent Centralized Heating project(Phase I),this paper introduced the aspects of shield machine selection and optimization,test tunneling parameters setting,and construction parameters to prove the effectiveness of continuous construction technology of“Chuxin”slurry balanced shield machine for saturated water-sandy stratum with a long-distance.The results show that the selection and optimization of the shield machine guarantee the abrasion resistance requirements of the head cutters in the saturated water-rich sandy stratum while taking into account the advancement efficiency;the main control parameter settings of the shield tunneling can control the surface settlement and overcome the construction risks of the shield tunneling through Yellow River in the long distance of the saturated water-rich sandy stratum.
