品管圈在缩短急诊抢救室患者滞留时间中的实践效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:完善医院急诊质量管理的核心在于借助质量管理工具实现经验管理到科学管理的过渡,探讨品管圈对缩短急诊抢救室患者滞留时间的应用效果。方法:采用回顾性前后对照研究,对实施品管圈前后(2018年4—9月与2019年4—9月)急诊抢救室患者的滞留时间、医护患三方满意度以及参加品管圈活动的医务人员综合素质进行统计评价。结果:活动前后分别收治患者8 375例和8 400例,前后时段病例诊断与病情严重程度相当(P>0.05)。活动后滞留时间明显缩短(P<0.01),医护患满意度改善(P<0.05),圈员综合素质得到提升。结论:医院对急诊质量管理实施品管圈模式,及时发现和解决急诊抢救室患者滞留的影响因素,优化流程,加速科室和院内分流,提高了工作效率,缓解了急诊拥堵现象,提升了医护和患者满意度。 Objective:The core of improving the quality of emergency management in the hospital lies in the use of quality management tools to achieve the transition from experience management to scientific management.The current study aims to explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC)on shortening the residence time of patients in Emergency Room.Methods:A retrospective before-and-after study was conducted on the statistical evaluation of the residence time of patients in the Emergency Room before and after the implementation of QCC(2018.4-2018.9 and 2019.4-2019.9),the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients,and the comprehensive quality of the medical staff participated in the QCC activities.Results:8375 and8400 patients were treated before and after the QCC activity.The diagnosis of the cases were equivalent to the severity of the disease before and after the application of QCC(P>0.05).After the QCC implementation,the residence time was significantly shortened (P<0.01);the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients was improved(P<0.05);and the comprehensive quality of the QCC members was enhanced.Conclusion:The hospital applies the QCC system to develop the quality management of emergency treatment.This mode contributes to promptly finding and solving the influencing factors of patients′residence time in the Emergency Room,optimizing the treatment process,accelerate the division of departments and hospitals,improving the work efficiency,relieve the congestion in the Emergency Room,and promoting the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients.
