考虑高渗透率和碳排放约束的园区综合能源系统优化运行研究 被引量:21

摘要 中国在2030年前实现碳达峰是迫切的现实问题,园区综合能源系统可通过能源转换和分配,使能源间协调运行,充分发挥不同能源的优势,建立高效的综合能源体系并促进清洁能源的配置与消纳。基于园区的优化控制策略逻辑框架,充分考虑储能系统的作用,通过碳源分析和碳排放量核算方法,建立了以经济性和碳排放约束为目标函数、以各种负荷供需平衡和耦合设备运行限制为约束的多时间尺度优化模型,最后依据搭建的系统模型进行计算分析。分析结果表明,引入储能设备可以降低综合能源系统的运行成本,提高能源的利用率,消除可再生能源和负荷的随机性和波动性,为面向高渗透率和碳排放约束的园区综合能源系统优化运行提供支撑。 Realization carbon peak by 2030 is an urgent and tangible issue for China.Integrated energy systems for parks can coordinate different energy resources and give full play to the advantages of these resources through energy conversion and distribution.Establishing an efficient integrated energy system can promote the allocation and consumption of clean energy.Fully considering the park-oriented optimized control logical framework and functions of power storage systems,through carbon source analysis and the emission accounting,economy and carbon emission constraints were taken as the objective functions,and a multi-time-scale optimization model taking various loads'supply-demand balance and limiting conditions of coupled equipment as constraints was built.Calculation and analysis were made based on the model.The results show that the integrated power storage system can lower the operation costs of the whole energy system,increase the energy utilization,alleviate the randomness and volatility of renewable energy and load,and provide support for the optimized operation of park-oriented integrated energy systems with high permeability and carbon emission constraints.
