摘要
当前世界范围内面临的能源危机问题越发严重,能源成为制约各国发展的关键因素。海洋面积较大且富含各类能源,给能源危机的解决提供了突破口。海洋石油资源随着陆地石油资源逐渐枯竭而受到越来越多的关注。海上油气平台是利用海上石油资源的关键,但目前针对该平台的研究很少,如何使海上油气平台高效运行是亟待解决的问题。聚焦海上油气平台综合能源管理技术,归纳了海上油气平台的用能特性与负荷预测方法;整理了海上多平台互联系统综合用能建模方法;提出了针对海上石油平台的能效评估指标与方法,以便对海上油气平台是否“高效”给予直观的量化;结合给出的评估方法对几种可以提高平台能效的技术进行阐述,为我国海上石油平台能效提升工作提供了新的思路。
At present,the worldwide energy crisis is increasingly intractable.Energy is the key factor restricting the development of every country.Oceans occupies vast area and are of rich and diverse resources,which provide a breakthrough for solving the energy crisis.Offshore oil attracts more attention as onshore oil is drying up.The offshore oil and gas platform is the key to offshore oil utilization.For lack of research on the specific integrated energy system,it is an urgent issue to make the platform run efficiently.Focusing on the integrated energy management technology of offshore oil and gas platforms,the energy consumption characteristics and load forecasting methods of the platform are summed up.Then a comprehensive energy consumption modelling method for the system interconnected multiple offshore platforms is put forward.Energy efficiency evaluation index and method for offshore oil platforms can quantify the efficiency of the platform.Combining the technologies that can improve the energy efficiency of the platform with the proposed evaluation methods,the research provides new concept for improving the energy efficiency of offshore oil platforms in China.
