摘要 碳中和目标的提出,为可再生能源的快速发展带来了契机,也使得可再生能源消纳问题的解决变得越来越迫切。现有的对于消纳问题的研究大多集中在政策和技术层面,对于市场正向激励机制关注较少。根据区块链技术中智能合约、工作量证明机制、权益证明机制等内容,以区块链能源交易平台为载体,从多交易市场联动入手,创建以减碳量为核心概念的能源碳通证,并讨论其在可再生能源消纳过程中对各市场主体的激励作用,对该激励机制下未来新型商业模式的建立提出设计思路。 The proposal of carbon neutrality bring in opportunity for the development of renewable energy and looming challenge for renewable energy consumption.As most of studies focus on the policies and technologies,there is a lack of positive incentive mechanism of market.Based on smart contract,Proof of Work and Proof of Stake mechanisms of blockchain technology,and taking the blockchain energy trading platform as the carrier,energy carbon token adopting carbon reduction as its core concept is created based on the linkage mechanism of multiple markets.Its incentive effect on the market players in the process of renewable energy consumption is analyzed,which is beneficial for constructing new business model under this incentive mechanism in the future.
