文章基于治理现代化视角探讨高职院校制度体系建设的意义,分析了现状“三个不够、三个缺少”的问题,明确了制度体系本身的逻辑关系和技术路线,以关键问题为导向,以对症下药方式分析,形成了解决问题的基本对策和路径。

Based on the perspective of governance modernization,this paper discusses the significance of system construction in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems of"three deficiencies and three lacks",clarifies the logical relationship and technical route of the system itself and finds specific ways to solve key problems,forming the basic countermeasures and paths to solve the problems.
