京津冀文化产业协同发展的驱动因素研究——基于面板数据的实证分析

Research on the Driving Factors of the Coordinated Development of Cultural Industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region——An Empirical Analysis Based on Panel Data

高附加值的文化产业是京津冀协同发展的新经济增长点,为提高文化产业的竞争力,从消费、投资和政府支出三个驱动因素出发,在现状分析的基础上,构建面板数据,采用固定影响变系数模型进行实证分析,认为城镇与农村居民的文化消费,分别对天津市和河北省的文化产业具有促进作用;文化方面的固定资产投资对三地的文化产业均未表现出促进作用,在天津市甚至表现出负向作用;政府支出则对三地的文化产业均有显著的促进作用。因此,要满足广大人民群众的文化消费需求,调整部分固定资产投资,加大政府支持力度,促进京津冀文化产业协同发展。

The high value-added cultural industry is a new economic growth point for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In order to improve the competitiveness of the cultural industry,starting from the three driving factors of consumption,investment and government expenditure,the panel data is constructed on the basis of current situation analysis.The empirical analysis is realized through a fixed influence variable coefficient model,and it is concluded that the cultural consumption of urban and rural residents will promote the cultural industry in Tianjin and Hebei Province respectively.Fixed asset investment in culture did not promote the cultural industries of the three places,and even showed a negative effect in Tianjin.Government spending has a significant role in promoting cultural industries in the three places.Therefore,it is necessary to meet the cultural consumption needs of the broad masses of people,adjust some fixed asset investment,and increase government support to promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural industry.
