无锡市防汛抢险信息化建设探索

Exploration on informationization construction of flood control and emergency rescue in Wuxi

为进一步提升无锡市防汛抢险效率,本文根据无锡市防汛抢险物资仓库管理及防汛应急抢险出动的现状,对可信息化建设的环节进行研究分析,提出合理的改进方案。综合运用二维码技术、移动通信技术、卫星定位技术及无人机设备等,使物资管理、人员指挥、运输调度、险情查勘、现场处置等环节的操作更加高效、便捷、实用。信息化建设在提升防汛物资管理及防汛应急抢险出动能力现代化、信息化、精准化等方面发挥了重要作用。

The links of informationization construction are studied and analyzed,and reasonable improvement schemes are put forward in order to further improve the efficiency of flood control and emergency rescue in Wuxi mainly according to the current situation of the warehouse management of materials for flood control and emergency rescue in Wuxi.The comprehensive application of two-dimensional code technology,mobile communication technology,satellite positioning technology,UAV equipment and other means make the operation of the following links more effective,convenient and practical,namely material management,personnel command,transportation scheduling,risk investigation,on-site disposal,etc.It plays an important role in developing and improving the management of materials for flood control and emergency response capacity for flood control to the modern,information-based,precise and similar direction.
