安徽省山洪灾害监测预警系统建设探析 被引量:5

摘要 针对安徽省山洪灾害监测预警长期以来存在的预警针对性不强、预警提前量不足、预警覆盖面不全以及各级水行政管理单位难以协同处理等问题,利用智慧水利理念,开展了集监测数据集总接收、基础信息同步共享、预警流程协同处理、决策会商一站式查询、预警信息统一发布等功能于一体的安徽省山洪灾害监测预警系统的研发。系统应用情况表明,该系统在安徽省山洪灾害防治方面发挥了重要作用,具有良好的应用和推广价值。 The wisdom water conservancy concept is utilized to study and develop Anhui mountain torrent disaster monitoring and early warning system integrating monitoring data collection and reception,basic information synchronous sharing,early warning process coordination treatment,decision consultation one-stop query,unified release of early warning information,and other functions in view of the long-term problems of Anhui mountain torrent disaster monitoring and early warning,namely the early warning pertinence is not strong,early warning is insufficient,the coverage is not complete and it is difficult for water administrations at all levels to work for solution,etc.The application show that the system plays an important role in ensuring the prevention and control of mountain flood disaster in Anhui Province,and it has good application and popularization value.
