乳腺肿瘤科护士人文执业能力现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the current situation of humanistic professional ability of nurses in breast cancer department and its influencing factors

目的调查并分析乳腺肿瘤科护士人文执业能力现状及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士人文执业能力测评量表、护理人员叙事护理知识-态度-行为问卷和杰弗逊共情量表对149名乳腺肿瘤科护士进行问卷调查。结果乳腺肿瘤科护士人文执业能力总分为(113.29±15.69)分,其中自我管理能力维度均分最低。相关性分析显示,叙事护理知信行各维度与人文执业能力总分及各维度均呈正相关(P<0.05),共情量表中观点采择和换位思考维度均与人文执业能力及其各维度呈正相关(P<0.05);多元回归分析显示,乳腺肿瘤科护士职称、叙事护理知识、叙事护理行为和观点采择是人文执业能力的影响因素(F=34.439,P=0.000)。结论乳腺肿瘤科护士人文执业能力处于中上水平,但自我管理能力有待提高,护士职称、叙事护理知识、行为和共情能力是人文执业能力的影响因素。护理管理者可提供针对性策略加强叙事护理实践,培养共情能力,以提高乳腺肿瘤科护士人文执业能力。

Objective To investigate and analyze the influential factors on humanistic professional ability of nurses in departments of breast oncology.Methods A convenience sample of 149 breast care nurses were investigated using self-administered questionnaires including nurses'socio-demographic data,the nurse humanistic practice ability scale,knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)survey of clinical nurses on narrative nursing and Jefferson scale of physician empathy.Results The total score of humanistic professional ability was(113.29±15.69).The mean score of self-management ability was the lowest.Multiple regression analysis suggested that nurses'professional title,knowledge and practice on narrative nursing and perspective talking dimension of empathy were the influencing factors of humanistic practice ability(F=34.439,P=0.000).Conclusions The level of humanistic practice ability among nurses from departments of breast oncology is above the average level,but the dimension of self-management ability remains to improvement.Nurses'professional title,knowledge and practice on narrative nursing and empathy are the influencing factors for humanistic practice ability.A systematic training of narrative nursing and empathy should be implemented for improving quality of care in nurses from departments of breast oncology.
