恒上前牙龈下牙折行牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Combined Dental Pulp and Orthodontic Restoration on Permanent Upper Anterior and Lower Gingival Fractures

目的分析恒上前牙龈下牙折行牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗的效果。方法选取该院收治的90例恒上前牙龈下牙折患者为试验样本,所选病例均来自2018年7月—2019年7月,分组以随机数字表法进行,观察组45例采取牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗,对照组45例采取常规修复治疗,对比其疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(97.8%)高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.200,P=0.007);治疗后3 d的VAS评分较之对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=14.884,P<0.001);并发症发生率(4.4%)较之对照组(17.8%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044);治疗满意度(97.8%)较之对照组(82.2%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.049,P=0.014)。结论对恒上前牙龈下牙折患者应用牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗可取得很好的临床疗效,可快速缓解其疼痛症状,减少相关并发症,此治疗方案深受患者,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined dental pulp and orthodontic treatment with permanent upper anterior and lower gingival fractures.Methods Ninety patients with permanent upper anterior subgingival fractures admitted to the hospital were selected as the test samples.The selected cases were all from July 2018 to July 2019.The grouping was carried out by random number table method,and 45 cases of the observation group were treated with dentition combined pulp and orthodontic repair treatment,45 cases in the control group were treated with conventional repair treatment to compare their curative effects.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.8%)was higher than that in the control group(80.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.200,P=0.007);the VAS score of 3 days after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.884,P<0.001);the complication rate(4.4%)was lower than the control group(17.8%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044);the treatment satisfaction(97.8%)was compared with the control group(82.2%)higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.049,P=0.014).Conclusion The application of dental pulp and orthodontic treatment to patients with permanent upper anterior and subgingival fractures can achieve good clinical effects,can quickly relieve their pain symptoms and reduce related complications.This treatment program is well received by patients and is worthy of clinical use,promotion and application.
