锁定钢板与解剖钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果及对踝关节功能的影响

The Clinical Effect of Locking Plate and Anatomical Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Pilon Fracture and Its Influence on Ankle Joint Function

目的探讨锁定钢板和解剖钢板内固定对Pilon骨折的治疗效果。方法采用该院2017年1月—2019年10月接收的Pilon骨折患者共计66例进行研究,按照抛硬币法将患者划分成参照组(33例)和研究组(33例)。参照组患者进行解剖钢板内固定治疗,研究组使用锁定钢板内固定治疗,归纳对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者手术时间(39.02±4.43)min、骨折愈合时间(77.52±12.01)d、住院时间(8.14±5.01)d、下地负重时间(35.58±5.07)d,研究组骨折愈合优良率为96.97%,生活质量评分为(88.41±11.91)分,术后3个月踝关节功能评分为(90.36±12.69)分,其数据均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.162、20.620、10.636、23.346,P<0.001;χ^(2)=5.121,P=0.024;t=10.403、10.568,P<0.001)。结论为Pilon骨折患者使用锁定钢板内固定方式进行治疗,能够优化患者临床指标,提升骨折愈合率,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of locking plate and anatomical plate internal fixation on Pilon fractures.Methods A total of 66 patients with Pilon fractures received in the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were used for the study.The patients were divided into a reference group(33 cases)and a study group(33 cases)according to the coin flip method.Patients in the reference group were treated with anatomical plate internal fixation,and the study group was treated with locking plate internal fixation.The treatment effects of the two groups were summarized and compared.Results The operation time of the patients in the study group was(39.02±4.43)min,the fracture healing time was(77.52±12.01)d,the hospitalization time was(8.14±5.01)d,and the weight-bearing time in the ground was(35.58±5.07)d.The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the study group was 96.97%,the quality of life score was(88.41±11.91)points,and the ankle joint function score was(90.36±12.69)points after 3 months.The data were better than those of the reference group(t=22.162,20.620,10.636,23.346,P<0.001;χ^(2)=5.121,P=0.024;t=10.403,10.568,P<0.001).Conclusion The use of locking plate internal fixation for patients with Pilon fractures can optimize the clinical indicators of patients and improve the fracture healing rate,which is worthy of clinical reference.
