冠脉介入治疗冠心病伴左心功能不全患者的有效性研究

Study on the Effectiveness of Coronary Intervention Therapy for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Left Ventricular Insufficiency

目的分析冠脉介入治疗冠心病伴左心功能不全患者的有效性。方法文章回顾了该院2017年11月—2020年4月期间冠心病伴左心功能不全患者的收治情况,从中选取68例患者进行分析,按照治疗差异分组,分别行药物治疗(对照组)与联合冠脉介入治疗(观察组),对比两组的治疗效果、心功能以及并发症。结果观察组的治疗有效率为97.06%(33例),对照组为76.47%(26例),组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.610,P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVDs(27.43±0.37)mm,FS为(27.52±3.11)%,LVDd为(43.02±7.28)mm,LVEF为(51.17±6.18)%,数据较之对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(t=10.914、4.096、2.662、2.676,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.88%(2例),对照组为8.82%(3例),组间数据差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论冠脉介入治疗冠心病伴左心功能不全患者效果理想,可改善患者心功能,促进心功能恢复,其并发症少,使用比较安全,但临床一部分年迈患者耐受力较差,因此建议结合患者情况合理选择治疗方式。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of coronary intervention in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular insufficiency.Methods The article reviewed the admissions of coronary heart disease with left ventricular insufficiency in the hospital from November 2017 to April 2020.68 patients were selected for analysis and grouped according to treatment differences,and they were treated with drug therapy(control group)and combined coronary interventional therapy(observation group),compared the treatment effect,cardiac function and complications of the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group reached 97.06%(33 cases),and the control group was 76.47%(26 cases).The data difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.610,P<0.05);the LVDs of the observation group after treatment was(27.43±0.37)mm,FS was(27.52±3.11)%,LVDd was(43.02±7.28)mm,LVEF was(51.17±6.18)%,the data was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.914,4.096,2.662,2.676,P<0.05);The complication rate was 5.88%(2 cases)in the observation group and 8.82%(3 cases)in the control group.The data difference between the groups was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Coronary interventional treatment of coronary heart disease with left ventricular insufficiency is effective.It can improve the heart function of patients and promote the recovery of heart function.It has fewer complications and is safer to use.However,some elderly patients have poor tolerance,so it is recommended to combine the patient's condition to choose treatment reasonably.
