前列腺钬激光整块剜除法治疗前列腺增生的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Enucleation of Prostatic Holmium Laser in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的对前列腺增生采用前列腺钬激光整块剜除的效果进行探究。方法选择该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的前列腺增生患者120例作为该次研究纳入的对象,按照随机数表法将其划分为甲组和乙组,每组60例。采用前列腺钬激光整块剜除术对甲组进行治疗,采用经尿道前列腺电切术对乙组进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果甲组的术中出血量(31.6±9.7)mL、住院时间(6.1±0.7)d明显低于乙组(96.3±24.5)mL、(8.9±0.8)d,差异有统计学意义(t=19.019、20.403,P<0.05);甲组的生活质量评分(1.2±0.5)分、最大尿流率(25.1±8.0)mL/s均明显优于乙组(2.4±0.7)分、(16.8±6.4)mL/s,差异有统计学意义(t=10.805、6.275,P<0.05);甲组的并发症发生率(3.3%)明显低于乙组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.086,P<0.05)。结论针对前列腺增生患者采用前列腺钬激光整块剜除法治疗效果显著,能够有效降低患者的术中出血量,促进其身体康复,还可以有效改善患者的前列腺功能和生活质量,减少并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of enucleation of benign prostatic hyperplasia with holmium laser.Methods A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects included in the study,and they were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Group A was treated with holmium laser enucleation of the prostate,and group B was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate.Compared the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The intraoperative blood loss(31.6±9.7)mL and hospitalization time(6.1±0.7)d of group A were significantly lower than those of group B(96.3±24.5)mL,(8.9±0.8)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.019,20.403,P<0.05);the quality of life score(1.2±0.5)points and maximum urine flow rate(25.1±8.0)mL/s of group A were significantly better than those of group B(2.4±0.7)points and(16.8±6.4)mL/s,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.805,6.275,P<0.05);the complication rate of group A(3.3%)was significantly lower than that of group B(20.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.086,P<0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser enucleation of prostate for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the patient's intraoperative blood loss and promote their physical recovery.It can also effectively improve the patient's prostate function and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
