黄连解毒汤治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in Treating Obese Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨黄连解毒汤对肥胖型2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及体质指数(BMI)的影响。方法选取2019年3—12月常州中医医院收治的60例肥胖型2型糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组维持原治疗方案,研究组在原治疗方案基础上加用黄连解毒汤,治疗12周。统计治疗前后两组患者血糖空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、BMI的水平。结果经治疗后治疗组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组BMI数值(23.07±1.33)kg/m^(2)低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=5.458,P<0.001)。结论黄连解毒汤治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on blood glucose control and body mass index(BMI)in obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 60 obese type 2 diabetic patients admitted to Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to December 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group maintained the original treatment plan,and the study group was treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the original treatment plan for 12 weeks.The blood glucose fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and BMI levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were counted.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin values of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the BMI value of the treatment group after treatment(23.07±1.33)kg/m^(2) was lower than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=5.458,P<0.001).Conclusion Huanglian Jiedu Decoction is safe and effective in treating obese type 2 diabetes.
